How do I invest in the Fund?

When did the Fund start?

The Centaur Total Return Fund originally opened on March 16, 2005, under the name “Tilson Dividend Fund.” It was renamed the Centaur Total Return Fund in October 2013.

Through which brokers is the Fund available?

The Centaur Total Return Fund is available via a number of brokers, including the following: Charles Schwab, E*TRADE, Fidelity, Janney Montgomery Scott, JPMorgan Chase, LPL Financial, Penson, Pershing, SEI Trust, Stifel Nicolaus, TD Ameritrade, and Vanguard.

What are the investment minimums?

The Centaur Total Return Fund has an investment minimum of $1,500 ($1,000 under an automatic investment plan), and the minimum additional investment is $100 ($50 under automatic investment plan).

What are the Funds’ expenses?

As explained in the prospectus, the maximum management fee for the Centaur Total Return Fund is 1.95%. The Fund has a base management fee of 1.5%, with no loads or 12b-1 fees. Other ordinary fees and expenses are capped at 0.45%; the Advisor has agreed to reimburse the Funds if these expenses exceed 0.45% per year.

The expense limitation is contractual and runs through February 28, 2019. It is expected that the expense limitation agreement will be extended from year to year after the current term, but there is no guarantee.
